1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kg44 platform and all its services. By accessing or registering on the platform through kg44's website, application, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. kg44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have automatically accepted the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on kg44 and use the betting or casino services, you must be at least 21 years old. Accounts belonging to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Any attempt by the same person to operate multiple accounts will be treated as grounds for cancellation of all such accounts at kg44's sole discretion.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the password and login details of your kg44 account. Granting account access to third parties is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the support team immediately.

The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out through the account, including any unauthorised use by a third party.

4. Financial Transactions & Payments

4.1 Deposit

To deposit funds on kg44, you can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, which applies to all payment methods.

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. A verification process may need to be completed before withdrawing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, providing false information, or using any other fraudulent method gives kg44 the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.4 VIP Program

kg44's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play, and each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

The kg44 platform offers sports betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and more, as well as casino games including slots and live casino. All bets are accepted according to specific rules, and the outcome of a completed bet is considered final.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is completed irregularly due to a technical problem with the software or server, kg44 reserves the right to void that game or bet and will return the relevant balance.

6.3 Fraudulent Behaviour

Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities, using bots or automated programs, or any attempt to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Suspension by kg44

kg44 may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Providing false identity information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to pass age verification.

10.2 Closure by the User

A user may request closure of their own account at any time through the support team. Any available balance must be withdrawn before closure.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. The closest legally enforceable provision will apply in place of the invalid part.
